    need be Arrange for bonded warehousing facilities.

  • Tenders / Bid Documents: keeping the Principles up to date with the
    latest Tenders issued by the government of Kazakhstan or private
    organizations. On their behalf attend Tender openings & collect Tender /
    bid documents and courier the same to them, provide full knowhow such
    as technical presentation, competitive pricing, language translations etc.,  
    in order to correctly  submit  Tenders / Bid documents. Further to
    submission follow up the status with respective departments on regular
    basis and keep them informed on updates.

  • Provide assistance to participate in Exhibitions, and also represent foreign
    companies in international exhibitions held in Kazakhstan.

  • Provide office infrastructure during Principles business visit to Kazakhstan.

  • Provide Consultancy on tax, Accounting as well as legal issues in  
    Kazakhstan.

PARTICIPATION OF KTDC IN ALL MAJOR TRADE EXHIBITIONS

KTDC also promotes the products of their member companies by way of participating in
all the major trade exhibitions in each specialized field throughout the year. The
advantage our Member Company gets is that it physically displays its products. These
costs much less than if a company participates on its own. This saves on travel
expenses of company employees such as air tickets, Hotel accommodation etc. Yet the
