KTDC has a permanent exhibition centre in Almaty,  Kazakhstan.
This is an ideal centre which exhibits  products/information/Samples of  member
companies in order to physically display the capability & features of products to potential
buyers from all regions of Kazakhstan as well as neighboring central Asian countries.

To promote  the exhibited products and services KTDC has a well experienced staff
having intensive knowledge of Kazakhstan market with communication skills in English,
Russian & Kazakh Languages.

Our staff is capable to carry out the following operations:

  • Acting as their Representative / Liaison office in Kazakhstan
  • Providing Constancy & Continuous updates on upcoming requirements of products

  • Selective short listing of genuine buyers for respective products.  Send introduction
    emails / faxes to potential buyers through local database in order to generate
    business for  Principles.

  • Identifying potential buyer, negotiating & closing deals

  • Market research activities in order to promote new products/ brands in KZ.

  • Providing Consultancy for special promotions / media events / Preparing effective
    & economically feasible Media Plan in order to promote products / Services

  • Run a planed & effective advertising campaign in the local media throughout the
    year in order to boost sales.

  • Logistic Support: Undertakes to ship the goods and if need be, Custom clear the
    same and  arrange doorstep delivery. If need be Arranging for bonded
    warehousing facilities in KZ.

  • Tenders / Bid Documents: keeping the Principles up to date with the latest
    Tenders issued by the government of Kazakhstan or private organizations. On
    their behalf attend Tender openings & collect Tender / bid documents and courier
    the same to them, provide full knowhow such as technical presentation,
    competative pricing, language translations etc.  in order to correctly  submit  
    Tenders / Bid documents. Further to submission follow up the status with
    respective departments on regular basis and keep them informed on updates.

  • If need be taking part in International Exhibitions that take place in Kazakhstan on
    behalf on Principles.

  • Provide office infrastructure during Principles business visit to Kazakhstan.

  • Providing Consultancy on tax, Accounting as well as legal issues in  Kazakhstan.
